Created for Worldspinner Games/Toys, these are the original map prototypes. The first sketch is pencil and is the foundation of the 3 styles shown after it. The goal was to create a compelling map for gamers to use. It's loosely based on the original Tolkein map of Middle Earth.

 

Below are three rough Illustrations for a section in World Spinner for Arcane Portals.
Each illustration was described to me in detail and represents a doorway to another world. Each was started as a pencil sketch that I then cleaned and added to in Photoshop.
These were done on the fly.
